Villa Nikita is located on Boulevard JF Kennedy in the middle of Cap d'Antibes. The local mini market is 400 meters away, while the local bakery and butcher are 600 meters further.

The picturesque old town of Antibes is just 10 minutes drive, as is the lively center of Juan les Pins (with many restaurants, bars, nightclubs and the Casino).

The wonderful local beaches (on the bay of Juan-les-Pins or on the Antibes side of the peninsula) are about a 15 minute walk or a short drive.
